WebI have been on Cymbalta about 6 months as well. I started at 30mg and felt pretty good. A few little side effects but nothing major. However I didn't notice a difference in my anxiety levels so my doctor bumped me up to 60mg. I am FINALLY noticing a difference in my anxiety levels. My anxiety is still there but I'm having way less anxiety attacks.
