WebAfter the nightmare I've been through with my $800 Danby wine cooler, it's refreshing to see that other reviewers had the same experience. The cooler stopped working at 13 months. To make a very long story short, Danby customer service is non-existent. I ordered replacement parts and even had to pay a local handyman to come install it.
