I started smelling cigarette smoke a couple of years ago. No one else could smell it. It's been off and on since then but in the past 3 months or so it has been getting worse. I not only smell cigarettes, now, I smell poop and cigarettes. Before the migraine pain starts it's just cigarettes and once the pain starts the poop smell begins.
