Go into the Textures tab, leave Necessary optimization checked, tick Downsizing. I suggest select By ratio - 2 if you want 4k, 4 if you want 2k. Sometimes there are 16k landscape/cave textures in the folder and some of those will look noticeably bad in 2k or less.
